i hope that everyone had a safe and happy new year. we had one sick kid with the flu and the others were off having a good time. i was asleep by the strike of midnight dreaming about my first run of the year.
my husband did part of my run with me this morning. what a fun way to start the new year. we started with hazy skies with the temp. in the 60's. no wind. beautiful. i went for 1:37:05 and then did my SWS workout. tomorrow i am so excited to play with my new toy. i'll tell you all about it tomorrow.
