i met my goal today and did better then i had expected to. my plan was to get out of the house by 8 am and finish by 10 am. i would repeat my run from yesterday, up Clinton Keith and then pull the tire for the remainder of the time. i have been having a problem with procrastination and not getting out of the house to do my workouts. then i would either be forced to cut my workout short or not go at all. today i did it and i felt really good.my run up Clinton Keith was not a problem at all. it was just like old times. i felt like i could have just kept going. when i got back home there was just enough time to do three hill repeats with the tire, good enough for 30 minutes. i would have gone longer but i had to pick up Tucker from b-ball. but 2 hours was my goal and 2 hours it was. the weather has been to die for. upper 60's and 70's. sunny and crystal clear.
tomorrow a nice hour run and on thursday more pilates. eating is going good still. i have not had soda for a week. or ice cream.
