what a difference a few days can make. i think that i have finally thawed out from last Friday. not only has it warmed up considerably, mid 80's to be exact, but i am also bouncing back from my 50 miler and my 14 miles of tire pulling (had to put that in there for Bob). i am looking forward to a great 20 to 25 mile run this Saturday. location to be decided still.

here is what lurks in my back yard. i really love where i live. this trail is just out side my front door and down the street. it has lots of elevation gain, coyotes, snakes and pumas. because of it's location, it is not traveled by many hikers, they just don't know where to find it. and as far as mountain bikes go, this is not for the faint of heart so not many come this way.

i enjoyed sharing with you my morning run. i have to go now. bye, and remember that all trails lead to Auburn!
bye bye Lakeisha!
