i went out today for the first time since AR and pulled my tire for an hour and a half. i was at my friends shawna's and was able to run on some well groomed bridle trails. i was feeling pretty confident in my pulling ability but knew that bob was catching up to me. i have yet to pull for three hours straight.
as i merrily rolled along with my tire in tow, i had to cross over at one point to the sidewalk. what the heck..... i thought that pulling the tire on the sidewalk would be a piece of cake. i was wrong.

on the trail the tire seems to glide and once you get going, it becomes hardly noticeable. hills are involved though.
on the sidewalk however, i was met with much more resistance and found that the tire just dragged behind me making it more difficult.
and so bob, i think you will be beating me at camp. i would watch out for george however, i heard that he was graduating up to a bigger tire.
AI prediction: jordin and blake will be the two at the finale. i am thinking that lakisha may be going home. and i am not even going to go into the red bandanna.

haha... ya the cement ate my Tire up pretty fast :-) I did feel some good pain next day after that 3 hours on my right calve & Achilles so been chilling on the tire for a bit but getting another one today to pull tomorrow ...hmmm maybe a downgrade to a 10 speed bicycle tire:-)
Maybe we will just team up on George!! and do a tire relay-lol
