Riley participated today in the Middle School track meet for the district. here his is running the first leg of the 4X100. he was originally scheduled to run the 4X4 but was switched at the last minute. he also ran the 800 and had to be happy enough with a second place ribbon, it was close, hard to say but to us he is all blue! you can see him smiling below with his water and ribbon. his 800 time was 2:35. a PR for him. Riley loves to win and puts 100% effort into everything that he does. Riley, we are proud of you!
tomorrow i will be heat training as it has been in the nineties today. it will be a 20-25 mile ordeal. looking forward to it! :) next week Badwater Camp!
