if you are in need of a young pup to run with, you can borrow mine. he is loyal and very good looking. funny at times and never tires. he will run ahead of you and wait or he will look for every boulder to climb up on. one of the best things about my pup is that he never, ever complains.
his name is Riley and he is a 12 year old, fast dribbling, mean on his feet, runs in basketball shoes, will someday run a marathon, fun to be with... trail companion. and that was what our little 1 hour run was like this morning. ahhhh, lucky me!
i have a good week planned out and then it's off to Auburn for Way Too Cool.

I run with Thor, my black lab, most every day. He's a great running companion but he can't do the high mileage. About 4 miles is all he can take before his shoulder begins acts up.
