i had such an enjoyable run this afternoon. short and easy because i will be running longer in the morning at the WTRS. this is a trail that i have known about but never have made the effort to find. well as it turned out, it was not that hard to find and i will use it for my training. it is an uphill run/hike which makes the return trip a blast! i'll have to try my tire out on it. i am not sure how far it is to the top because i had a time limit today but i will have to take it all the way up one of these days. the trail is Indian Truck Trail out of corona. i really liked it. nice wide dirt road. not much to trip on here. along the way i saw four dirt bikers, one abandoned truck, a mountain biker and a snake.
my eating has been ok, not great but a lot cleaner then it use to be. i am happy with my progress!
