my wrists are weak. this makes some of my pilates moves uncomfortable. my instructor said that i need to do more housework to get them stronger. so i cleaned the bathrooms.
i am a person who likes her feet on the ground. some of these in the air monkey moves are a bit on the scary side for me. i have visions of falling face first on the ground. man, i love this stuff!!!
i am running the WTRS on sat. 18K in which i will go back out for more when i have finished. can't wait to see my friends!

even house work will get you strong for western states-do it at double time run up your stairs(dont fall) like you are running up the bleachers-mop with a purpose cut your lawn with a push mower ha ha do everything with a purpose even carring groceries all done with a purpose and the list goes on,,,,,,,,,,,,
