today i walked out my front door and hiked 3.5 miles. a good third of this was up . that is a great place for me to practice my climbs and learn to move faster up the hills. my ankle felt great. feels best running down hill. running flat feels a little awkward still. i am not feeling as if i am favoring my left side so much anymore. i followed my hike with a short bike ride and some SWS. i will try to remember to do abs and stretch tonight.
tomorrow rumor has it that i will be doing some crossfit with jeff. should be interesting. can't wait to see what he thinks i can do...
i made some bran muffins today. i took a recipe and re-worked it leaving out 2 cups brown. i like them. they might be good after a run of for when i meet chelle'b for starbucks.
still on track with my eating. had another really good day so far. i plan to finish up the day with a fuji apple in honor of BA. :)
