first run back

i just knew i couldn't do it. i knew that 2.5 would not work! as i ran down the trail, (wow, i was running...some) i decided that this was too fun and instead of hanging a left to complete the 2.5 loop i decided that i needed a climb and turned right instead. i had my ankle taped which felt really good for security reasons. i was surprised to feel no pain. maybe not, this has not been very painful but my range of motion sucks. the best way to deal with that is to use it, baby use it! i was going to go 4 miles but when i got to the cut off i figured "why not make it an even 6" so six miles it was. 1 hour and 23 minutes. walking and running mixed. it felt great! i am still planning to take it easy cuz my gait is off and i don't want to mess anything else up. i figure i will be doing a lot of hiking through the holidays. after the run my ankle felt much better then it has. i think the movement was good. and the "ice ice baby!"

my eating is going great. no plan schedule of what and when to eat. just trying to stay away from the sugar and white flour. this week has been good.

and i got in to way too cool. does that make me cool?

Yeah, you're cool, but I don''t know that it has anything to do with "getting in."
