in the gym today

i road my bike to the gym. it's only about 6 miles but i felt it. i have a hate/hate relationship with my bike. it's probably a blood thing. anyway, i guess now would be a good time to utilize it. so 12 miles on the bike and a SWS + abs. it was a good day. i went back tonight and spent 30 minutes in the infrared sauna. there has been a study that has shown that the infared suana is good for LD. i thought i'd try it out for a month and see if i notice any difference.

for food today, it went well. steel cut oatmeal with molasses. some gluten free pasta that i actually liked, a little bit of olive oil and some rice chips crushed on top, makes it taste yummy! (watch ot racheal ray with your happy bootie!) a spelt wheat tortilla with a little bit of cream cheese with spinich, rolled up. a veggie chicken patty. a smoothie with berry's, protein powder and plain yogurt. one rye crisp with a piece of cheese. one protein shake post workout and a whole food bar during.

in the morning i am going for a one hour hike. no running allowed. i can't wait!
