yesterday was a running disaster. i hate the runs where you just turn around and go back home. today was much better. why? i think because i just got up and went. it was my backyard loop. only 3.5 miles but they are good miles with lots of climbing. i was 30 minutes faster today then i was last week. after my run i did a short workout session with weights.
i am thinking about Pilates.
trying to conquer my eating today. i have been a very bad girl!
ankle is feeling better and better. i can now lead with my left and that feels so good.
