Pat is enjoying an extra layer provided by me. ha! it actually belongs to George. it's his 2006 AR jacket and i take it every chance i get. it is now back in his hands so i will have to fake a chill soon so that i can get it back!
if you don't have a tire to pull, here is a great way to get the same effects. run with a little bit of weight added to you feet. the mud was graciously provided by mother nature. we ran between storms.
here we are at the famous adobes. they are famous for something but i am not sure what. this is a spot where there is a bathroom and water that is pumped by a windmill. i should read about it next time i run through. i will report back.
so, if anyone is passing through the area, come run with me at the plateau. George will bring lunch. and Pat, i expect to see more of you while you train for Western States.

That's a great place! I ran 10 miles with OCTR there on Saturday morning! Would have told you but it was a little last minute for me going.. Mud wasn't too bad in most section but sure got thick in others.
wished we had seen ya. lets hook up next time.
Hi Leigh!
I just wanted to say hi! I also wanted to tell you and tell Shea how excited I am for her! What a cute couple! Hope you are well!
