Noble Canyon 50K

i decided at the last minute to run the new Noble Canyon 50K. i had some good reasons to choose this race.

1. the RD is very nice.
2. it's close enough to drive to in the morning.
3. good training run for Javalina.
4. they had great swag!
5. the food was the best of any race around.
6. the course was challenging but enjoyable at a moderate effort.
7. it's fun to see friends.
8. i get points for the series, i like that!

Noble Canyon 50K

congratulations to Eric Clifton for his big win and to my pal chell'b for yet another stellar performance and hot off the heels of her Trans Rockies Team win. she placed 2nd over all and first woman at Noble Canyon and is for sure a Bad Rat!!!! and to Adam Watters for his top 10 finish. Wow!!! and to my friend Olga for Dancing the Bear. while we were out having fun in the sun, she was hammering out 100 miles in snow, cold and a scary night to finish the Bear in under 30 hours.

Scott Mills was the RD for Noble Canyon and had much help from his awesome pack of Bad Rats!!!
