Congratulations to my BFF Brad on his fabulous finish at the St. George Marathon this morning. he now has 11 completed St. Geo's to my 5. wow, i am getting behind. i will have to run it again next year... maybe? Brad finished in 3:44. not bad for someone who doesn't train... much!
and here is a picture of Lisa that i hijacked off your website. this is at mile 30.4 and it is looking pretty cold. before she can say she is finished she will have to ride 508 miles. i think that about explains running hunderds of miles across death valley and then turning right back around and doing it on a bike. you are crazy girlfriend! i will be at the finish line again for your next attempt! great effort!
