i will running Bishop High Sierra this weekend. i am very excited and have experienced the beauty of this area last August and just loved it.

while i am gone, if you could shoot over some ideas of great songs and what your favorites might be to listen to while running, that would be so appreciated. always looking for some good music. heck, just send me your complete play list. i never ask too much :?

The End of the Trail

...I have already faced a tremendous fear previous to the race by putting myself on the line. If I fail or succeed, everyone will know about it; I have no place to hide. The spotlight is on my preparation, my will, my courage or lack of it to continue the brutal journey to the finish line.
