The ranch was Quiet Springs Ranch and the rancher was Chuck. His wife was Joan although I do not think she was there at the time. Anyway, what I found interesting was the fact that Chuck is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon) and how supportive he was to Lisa and to Sister Mary Beth. Their work transcends all boundaries for sure. People are not seeing a catholic nun; they are seeing a true humanitarian. Actually two: one athlete and one nun who to me seems more like a Mother Teresa as she moves forward with her work.
The people in Shoshone had been waiting all day to see the Sister Mary Beth. We got free ice because it was for the cause. The ice was for Lisa's ice bath when she got in just before midnight.I really appreciate what you are doing. Makes it fun here to check in when I can and to share the excitement with Lisa. She is one of the kindness people I have ever met.
Use anything you want, just make it sound good and fix the spelling! LC
Just in case I confused anyone with the pic in a previous post of the feet propped up with the van in the background--those are Leigh's feet.
