Stage 4: check!

Leigh and George finished Stage 4 in 20 hours, 57 minutes.

april 1 is where i think i left you. it was a long hot day and the dunes were spectacular! it has been up to 120° but yesterday for the long stage it was a bit cooler. we have been plagued with sand storms at night and our tent came down 2 nights ago. not much sleep!

yesterday was the long stage, a very tough 47 miles. at one point i thought i might die and if i could have turned around, i would have thought about it. a very scary climb! Dana, you'd be proud of me! i went straight through the night finishing at 6am this morning. 21 hours i think. i am completely overjoyed to be here! thank you so very much for the messages!!! i love my family!!! time to go, i am tired. hugs, Leigh
