crossing on the cable at Mt. Disappointmentmy goal this year was to start out really slow and see how many people i could catch as time went by. it worked like a charm and i finished feeling very good and happy. it was a wonderful day with so many friends. three years ago i knew two people, this year it was like a reunion with so many friends that i have met on the trails. Gary puts on one of the best races and it just gets better every year. thank you Gary!

wow....three years of ultras. I can't beleive it's been that long since we met breifly at the starting line at the St. George Marathon on Oct. 2, 2004.
