Lisa Bliss, current Badwater Champion.

thank you Lisa Bliss for your wonderful comment. it was a pleasure to watch how you too treated one another. i witnessed so many wonderful acts of kindness amongst so many of the runners and their crews. you are right, this was a special moment.

i will be seeing Lisa S-B in two weeks when i go to Wyoming to run the GT 100 (check out Grand Teton Races) Can't wait! Thanks Lisa B. Champ! :)

Two awesome down to earth Strong woman..Why should they not treat each other with respect? They are an example of the great ones :)
Why didn,t your husband George and you do the 50 miler at Mt. Disappointment? I'm sure its part of your training plan. Good luck at Grand Teton.

most ultra runners are very interesting and nice people. but there are always a few... these two women were exceptional! not only in how they treated one another as they were trying to do their best but in how they treated their crew and others out on the course.

On saturday my husband was out surfing with the boys while george (who is my trail partner) and i were running Mt.D the 50 miler was not part of our training plan.

my husband who's name is Dana, has completed 6 marathons. he is not into ultras but loves basketball.
