i am Havasu City at the moment enjoying a wonderful evening with Mel (aka Kodi) and Ron. i have been their house guest for the weekend and it has been a good enjoyable time together. Kodi has taken me out for the past two days for some awesome heat training. Ron has been an amazing cook. i have eaten very well. Kodi and i have known each other for almost six years. we started as marathon friends at the St. George marathon. it's been great coming out to visit him and his partner Ron.

Sunday was a real test. already tired, and not feeling to well from the start. here i am with Ron and the Ranger. Fun!
