maybe twice but i don't much like the cold wet feet.
this past Saturday i took George up
Indain Truck so that he could see how much it had changed
from the week before.
he brought his snowshoes.

looks like this fire road wont be used for a while. all along the way there are
fallen trees and tree branches.

yes, it was cold but i think that i got a challange from Kirk to wear my shorts.

on top of the world or so it seemed for just a moment in this little patch of sun.
i know that many of you got out in the snow and had a great time. i am thankful for my time in the snow. i am even more thankful that i don't live in the snow. really, how do you people do it! my hats off to you my snowy friends back east, in Washington State and of course Idaho and Wyoming. Brrrrrrrrrrrr!

That was the best run of my life. Now I am an official Ultra runner as well as a "Crokette", with medal to prove it! Can't wait to run with you again...and by the way, you have an awesome husband. Dana rocks!!! He saved my life with that El Pollo thing he brought me....LOVED IT!!! Here's hoping 2009 is just the best ever for you and your family. Lets make more running adventures together.
