This past Sunday I had an amazing adventure running the Grand Canyon from Rim 2 Rim 2 Rim.
The five of us started at the Bright Angel Trail head at 4am and ran to the
North Rim arriving at 12:30 to 1pm.
We made it back to the Bright Angel Trail head before 9:30pm.
17 hours and some change. The day was perfect in every way.

Wow what a beautiful run. You always have the greatest running adventures....I loved the pictures of the does they are so pretty and at peace. I would love to do that adventure sometime....
