top ten reasons to run GTR 100

First Reason: because there is wild life.

Second Reason: you get to meet "Rockstars"!

Third Reason: there is some running involved. wahoo!

Fourth Reason: the aid stations are #1. no doubt about it!


Fifth Reason: did I mention that there is some running involved??? yee ha!

Sixth Reason: you make great friends!

Seventh Reason: the road gives your feet a break!


Eighth Reason: so beautiful!


Ninth Reason: makes you wanna dance!


Tenth Reason: the finish of a great 100 mile race never felt better! and getting second place out of two didn't hurt my spirits at all!

And Last But Not Least: the Bling is Sweet!

i will be back next year to work on my aid station efficiency. hard to do with such wonderful volunteers. i just wanted to stay and hang out too.

George, i am glad that i was able to save you from a nasty fall and to keep you on the right trail.... what would you do without me :? ha!
